Since methods and conditions of drywall mud application and storage, such as temperature, humidity, technique and over thinning the mud are beyond our control, A. Richard Tools Co. will not be responsible for the failure of the drywall paper tape installation when not used and stored according to directions and specifications and accepted standards of procedure inherent in drywall application.
 

However, if the drywall tape proves to be defective, A. Richard Tools Co. maximum liability shall be limited to the replacement of the defective tape or refund of the original purchase price.
 

A. Richard Tools Co. will not be responsible for any other installation costs or expenses. These shall be the exclusive warranty and remedies provided by A. Richard Tools Co.,  including without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for use and fitness for a particular purpose.
